Anna Forsline

I’m a longtime audiologist with a deep love for  helping people reconnect — not only with their sense of hearingbut with themselves and what’s most important to them.  I earned a Master’s degree in Communication Disorders and Speech Science in 1999, and an AuD (Audiology Doctorate) in 2010, after years of research work and clinical practice.  I’m honored to have served veterans for 25 years, specializing in hearing loss and tinnitus management.

Through my own long-time meditation practice, countless hours spent on silent retreats, and the many facilitator trainings I’ve completed in the healthcare, meditation, and coaching worlds, I’ve come to value the clarity that emerges when we let go of the noise and tune in to the deeper current that connects us all.   Threshold Shift Coaching is rooted in this space of presence — of deep seeing —and my greatest joy is to guide others to an experience of their own inner knowing.  To a place of living with purpose, in alignment with their truth.  Navigating growth at this depth often takes support.  That’s what I’m here for.

This is not an audiology practice.   This is not a counseling practice.  It’s a new branch in my career of being-of-service.  Here, I am offering a safe space to dive deep into what’s important, so we can move toward what’s possible.  I completed a 6-month coaching training program specializing in working with HSPs (Highly Sensitive People) and highly intuitive people who are ready to take the next step on their path of purpose.

As an HSP myself, I bring a deep intuitive awareness to my work, in guiding people to the “doorways” of possibility, and to the keys that open them.  Even in challenge, these doorways are available.  When exploring this path with a compassionate guide, perspective shifts.   Insights arise.  We experience a resonance.  We experience a place where we feel seen and heard.  Just being seen by another, truly seen, is often the beginning of feeling found.

I look forward to working with you.  ~ Anna
